What methods of Payment do you offer?  How do I pay?

We accept payment by major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.  When you call to make an appointment, we will ask you for your credit card details.  Once the service is complete, we will process the payment and send you an invoice.

Is your service guaranteed?

Yes. all our services are guarantee by our no fix no fee policy.  This means if we cannot solve your problems, you will pay nothing!  Also, with our onsite and remote support, all work is guarantee for our 7 days period.

Do you charge extra for weekend and evening?

No. Fast Support are open 7 days a week, that's weekdays, weekends and evenings!  Same rate at all time.

Do you provide services in my area?

Currently our Onsite support is only offer for north shore area.  However, our Phone & Remote Support is available to anywhere in Australia. Please use our postcode checker to see if we service your area.

What kind of Computer services does Fast Support offer?

Fast Support provides both Onsite and Remote Support either for home or business user for both PC and Mac. Fast Support services range from basic home setups to large enterprise, includes General PC Repair, Hardware & Software Upgrade, Web & Email Security, Network installations and data backup, recovery solutions to server setup and maintenance.

How much do your services cost?

We do not charge any callout fee, simply just a hourly rate, increment in a half-hour based after the minimum one hour service. We also offer discounts for senior member and non profit organisation, for more information please check our special discount page.

What if I need more than one visit to my place relating to the previous computer issue?

We will continue the hours from the previous jobs, so there will be no minimum 1 hr session applies.

Yes!  All of our technicians drive fully equiped and stocked vechicles. If your required part is not available, we will organise it and return to you.

How long should I expect to fix the computers?

Most of the computer problems can be fixed within the hour.  However, depending on the issues and situations, more than an hour might be required.  If it is necessary to take your computers offsite to repair, our technicians will give you an exact quote so you know how much exactly you are going to pay.

What can I expect from Fast Support technicians?

Fast Support technicians will arrive punctual and introduce themselves as a member of Fast Support team.  Starting with a few questions to identify the problems then our technicians will start to look into your problem and give you the best solution and fix it for you. You will expect our friendly technician to explain your issues during or after the operation, in plain English!

How do you protect losing data from my PC?

Computers are complicated and while doing technical work there is always some chance that the data are lost.  The only way to really protect from data loss is to backup all of your files.  Therefore we highly recommend our customers to back up all of your files before we begin to work.  We can also offer back up service if you need.
